SOC ACE has launched its fifth synthesis paper, with a focus upon Iran as a state threats actor. Matthew Redhead highlights how the regime has used assassination, terrorism, intimidation, cyber warfare and information operations against its adversaries, as well as dissidents at home and abroad.
